No Money Gameboy - A brilliant emulator, one of the best!
Color Gameboy - An excelent gameboy emulator, not sure of its real name though, THE BEST OUT THERE at the moment!
Snes 9x Windows - An excelent SNES emulator that has alot of flexibility.
Ultra HLE - The only working N64 emulator out! Excelent and a must get, a 3D acelerator is required though.
NeoRAGE X - The best Neogeo emulator out at the moment, has sound support but the sound in a couple of games sound is distorted.

Gameboy
Pokemon Blue Edition 98 - A great game, very addictive!
Pokemon Red Edition 98 - Same as Blue Edition, only different monsters!
Final Fantasy III - The best Final Fantasy in the series!
Ranma - A Ranma puzzle game of some sort, not really sure about this one.
Tamagotchi Gameboy - Pretty good version of the tamagotchi, although leaving the comp on all day is pretty dumb!
Harvest Moon - Never heard of this game.... I just put it on because a friend requested it... BTW, it has Gameboy Color support!
Zelda: Link's Awakening DX - This is a rerelease of the original Zelda: Link's Awakening game but in colour, great game!
Tetris 2 - A redone version of a classic and addictive game!
R-Type - A great top-view, scrolling plane game.
Batman - A platform game (I haven't tried this out yet)
SNES
Battle Toads in Battle Maniacs - A great beat em up game, similair to Double Dragon only better!
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4: Turtles in Time - Another great beat em up game, one of my most favourites! NOTE: This game is temporarily down. I'VE LOST MY COPY!!!! ARRGH!
Final Fantasy III - Some would say that this is even better than FFVII, but I'm not too sure on that (this is an RPG)
Mega Man 9 - Also known as rockman 9, a brilliant platform shooter!
Super Bomberman 5 - The fifth bomberman game in the series and the best!
Donkey Kong Country 1 - A really good platform game starring Donkey Kong! This is the first in a three part series.
N64
Super Mario 64 - The 3D version of Mario, pretty good.
Wave Race 64 - A cool jetski racer with really good graphics (the waves look cool!)
Bomberman 64 - A cool sequal to the Bomberman series with funky graphics and ultra fun multiplayer! Real fun at parties (with an N64, not PC)
Neogeo
Alpha Mission II - A fun top scrolling aeroplane game set in space.
Metal Slug - An excelent platform shoot-em-up which is quite recent but has the feel of a classic 60's game! A MUST GET!!!
Puzzle Bobble - A great puzzle game, the most original and the best since Tetris!
